Therapy Groups

Number of sessions is group dependent. Groups run based off of interest, a minimum number of participants is required.

  • The intention of this group is to create a space for those who identify as queer (LGBTQIA+, in a queer relationship, or identified with the queer community in any other way) and who have identified as/currently identify as Christian. This space will allow people to process what both identities mean to them. There will be opportunities to share experiences, ask community members questions, and seek/receive support.

  • This is an experiential grief process group open to individuals 18+ years of age who have had a loved one die. Some people consider grief to occur in stages, but everyone’s pattern of grief is different. Another way to think about grief is a set of tasks that must be completed, with each person doing so in their own order. Using the grief tasks model, members of the group will share their experiences with the tasks of grief and engage in exercises to allow for further processing.
